For Australian newbies to the lifestyle: Kink-E Magazine's Weekend At the Lodge

There are a couple of places left for Kink-E Magazine's annual weekend of kinky fun at a private lodge a few hours from Melbourne. I went last year and recommend it, especially for newbies to the scene. You can find my post about it here. Sol and really enjoyed ourselves. We made some wonderful friends and the scenery is fantastic.

Friday arrive to a sizzling BBQ and socialising by the fire place or bonfire.

Saturday skill share workshops, Pony Parade, Dog training and relaxing Pre Dinner Cocktail Party by the open fire followed by 2 course Dinner leading into a play party.

Sunday the option for a horse back winery tour (extra cost) or more of the above.

Fetish Expo, Melbourne 20 September 2008

Leather Pride and Kink-E Magazine are proudly producing Melbourne's First Fetish Expo on 20 September. This is an ideal opportunity for new kinksters to check out all things kinky in a comfortable environment. There are some great cultural events planned, including some educational workshops and a fashion parade. You may well find others interested in your own specific kink - all fetishes are welcome.

The EXPO is a great place to come and find out about alternative lifestyles, to meet and socialise with those with similar interests.

We welcome all lifestyles including straight, bi, gay, lesbian, poly, TVs, TSs, Masters, Mistresses, slaves, ponies, maids, pets, ABs and even those that are just mildly kinky or just plain curious.

Our event is open to anyone with an open mind and tolerance of others peoples' lifestyles. Come along to find out about the latest fashions, clubs and events in and around Australia. You will find our flyers table in the lobby of the venue where details can be found on all manner of events and services.

Dress Code:

Fetish dress-code is not necessary to gain entry to the Expo. Jeans and a T-shirt are perfectly acceptable. On the other hand, far be it from us to discourage people turning up dressed up to the hilt in their finest leather, latex or fabric of choice.

You should also feel free to express your chosen lifestyle while at the market; Masters, Mistresses, TVs, slaves, ponies, pets and other fetishes are all welcomed as we aim to promote an open and accepting environment.

Uber continues its series of workshops. Open to all who want to acquire more skills, or who are just downright curious about all this kink stuff.

We have had to change the subject of this Sunday's workshop, but it is being replaced by something quite fabulous. We have been able to secure the wonderful skills of Mistress Tokyo to help us take a step into the world of sensory deprivation.
